As a Supply Chain Admin user you have the ability to manage your team within the Mi Aftercare system, allowing you to create new users, deactivate old users or update the personal details held on the system.
You can access the organisation management section by clicking your initials in the bottom left corner of your screen & selecting the Settings option
Adding New Users
To add a new user to your organisation click the Add Supply Chain Partner button & provide the required details.
At the point you save the users information they will receive a Welcome to Mi Aftercare eMail with the details of how they can confirm their account & set a custom password.
Only active users will present as options to assign defects to for resolution.
Deactivating Old Users
If a user leaves your organisation you can revoke their access to the Mi Aftercare system & prevent any future defects being assigned to them by clicking on the "Deactivate" button next to their names.
Updating Personal Details
If the details of your team change these can be update either by themselves directly in the settings section or as a SCP Admin user you can do this for them here with the exception of password updates.
