Once you have attended site as a Supply Chain Partner to carry out the remedial works it is critical that you provide resolution details in the system & mark the defect as Resolved.
The easiest way to do this is via the mobile app, simply click into the defect in the Pending completion column, navigate to the resolutions tab & populate the required information before marking the defect as Resolved.

This can also be done on the desktop system in a similar manner.
In order to provide Willmott Dixon with insight as to the cause of the defect it is essential that you provide the following key pieces of information:

Detailed resolution notes

Images or video of the resolved defect

Root cause information (up to 3 causes can be selected)

What specific issue was
-
How it was resolved
