Defects can be assigned to individual SCP Users within the Mi Aftercare system, but in order to do this SCP Users need to have a Mi Project account created within Mi Aftercare in advance & the user be associated to the corresponding SCP organisation.
SCP Organisations
The SCP organisations that are included within Mi Aftercare are fed from the Willmott Dixon Supply Chain Partner Portal, this ensures that the relevant checks & information required for Willmott Dixons administration policies are met & also prevents duplicate entries being created for the same organisation in error.
If you are unable to see listed within the SCP Organisations list, the Company who you wish to assign defects to this needs to be raised with your LCO SCP Coordinator who will facilitate this being added to the WD SCP portal.
SCP Users
SCP Users can only be added to Organisations that exist, if you have the appropriate permissions you can create new SCP Users via the settings page within Mi Aftercare.
To add a new user to a SCP Organisation click the Add Supply Chain Partner button & provide the required details.
At the point you save the users information they will receive a Welcome to Mi Aftercare email with the details of how they can confirm their account & set a custom password.
Only active users will present as options to assign defects to for resolution.
Deactivating Old Users
If a user leaves a SCP Organisation you can revoke their access to the Mi Aftercare system & prevent any future defects being assigned to them by clicking on the "Deactivate" button next to their names.
