Sectionally Completed
For projects that are completed in phases or multiple sections the Mi Aftercare system allows you to specify these in the project admin & configuration page.
If you specify a sectionally completed project you can then add section specific information such as the Practical Completion date, DLP Period, etc allowing you to track & report on defects per section if required.
Housing Projects Inclusive of Plots
If you have a project that has plots this too can be accommodated with project set up. If you specify the project as inclusive of "Housing" this will provide the option to indicate if Plots are included, if you select "Yes" you are then presented with the option to add plot specific details.
Similarly to sections plots can have unique PC dates, certificates & DLP periods. To identify plots when logging defects it is important to add the plot reference & postal address in project set up allowing for easy logging against the correct plot.
At the point of logging a defect the system will know which projects have sections or plots & prompt those logging defects to select the relevant section or plot.
