The Kanban dashboard is the central hub to the Mi Aftercare system & is structured in a familiar T card style view with dedicated columns to show defects that have a status matching the respective column headers.

Column Definitions
Open - Defects that have been logged but not yet triaged
Awaiting Inspection - Defects that have been marked as needing to be inspected before an appropriate SLA assigned & Supply Chain Partner can appointed
Assigned - Defects that have been assigned to a Supply Chain Partner for repair but the attendance date not yet confirmed
Pending Completion - These are defects that have been assigned for repair with the attendance date & time confirmed with the customer but not yet resolved
Resolved - Defects that have been marked as resolved by Supply Chain Partners
Customer Declined - If for any reason a defect resolution is declined by a customer it would sit here until appropriate remedial action is taken
Customer Approved - Defects that have been approved by the customer & just await final close out
Closed - Defects that have completed their resolution journey inclusive of the final close out summary (Closed defects remain on the dashboard for 2 weeks before being removed & then accessed via the Defects Tracker)
Defect Cards
The information contained on a defect card is made up of 6 key pieces of data:

The unique defect ID

Defect title

Project name
-
Name of assigned SCP organisation, inc Initials of SCP User (where applicable)

Contextual date - The date shown is reflective of the most important date based upon the defects status

Open & Awaiting Inspection - The date the defect was logged

Assigned - The date the defect was assigned to a SCP
-
Pending Completion - The confirmed attendance date

Resolved - The date the defect was marked as resolved

Customer Declined/Approved - The date the customer Declined/Approved the resolution

Closed - The date the defect was fully closed out

Number of days since the defect was logged, this turns red if past the target completion date & the defect was not resolved inline with the SLA
