Once a defect has been marked as Resolved by one of Willmott Dixons Supply Chain Partners you will be promoted as the reporter of the defect to review the resolution detail entered in the system and confirm that you are happy with the works undertaken.
To confirm the defect is resolved simply click the blue bar saying "I'm satisfied that the defect is resolved" at this point you will be asked to provide a very simple star rating of your experience.
If for any reason you are unhappy with the completed works you have the option to reject the resolution and mark as Customer Declined. You may wish to contact your Willmott Dixon Customer Services contact in advance of doing this, their details can be found on the Contacts tab of the Defect record.
If you are rejecting the work you will be prompted to complete the rejection form to provide further detail as to the reasons, this will be reviewed by the Willmott Dixon Customer services team and they will contact you as to how to progress.
